Shri Deepak Srivastava, IFS (TN-92) joined as Chief Vigilance Officer in Mahanadi Coalfields Limited on 28.08.2011.
Prior to this he has worked in different capacities in Forests Department of Tamil Nadu Cadre. Apart from working
in the State Forest Department, he has also worked in Bhopal Regional Office, Ministry of Environment & Forests
for two years and as Dy. Secretary in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India for four
years. In between he has also served as Private Secretary to the Minister of State for Social Justice & Empowerment,
Govt. of India for sometime. Before joining as Chief Vigilance Officer, MCL, he was Project Director, Hill Area
Development Programme, Nilgiris, Ooty, Tamilnadu. MCL family wishes a very pleasant tenure to Sri Srivastava.
