Shri M.B.Sridharan , Non-offical Part-time Director


Shri M B Sridharan graduated in science from the Madras University and subsequently, he joined the Charted Accountancy course of the Institute of Charted Accountants of India. Having qualified as a Charted Accountant, he has worked in various senior positions in one of the reputed firms of Charted Accountants, M/s Fraser & Ross, now known as M/s Deloitte Haskins & sells. He has a very good exposure during his stint with M/s Fraser & Ross in various facets like Acquisitions and mergers, Restructuring, Direct and Indirect taxation including International taxation, etc. Sridharan had a flair to establish his own firm to practice the profession of auditing and consultancy. His firm, by name Sri & Sri Associates was established in the year 1991 and with his untiring effort and quality service to the clients, it has now become one of the leading firms of Charted Accountants in the Country. He holds the following positions with various Organizations.

- Ministry of Coal- Govt. Of India.
- Member of the Finance Committee- CMPFO
- Director in Mahanadi Coalfields Limited.

- Member of South Indian Chamber of Commerce.
He has been formerly a member and Treasurer of the Chennai Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA, USA). He is also actively involved in many social and religious institutes.
